At Clas Ohlson, we believe that great employee experiences start with great processes. We're now looking for a People Process Specialist to help us shape and create a new, modern standard of how we support our leaders and colleagues throughout the entire employee journey.

About the role
In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing and improving key people processes – everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our ways of working are not only standardized, but also user-friendly, efficient and In line with our culture and adds tangible value to the business.
You will play an important part in supporting our leaders with tools and guidance that make it easy for our managers to lead their teams, while creating a consistent and positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle. You will report to People & Culture Analytics & Experience manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze and revitalize core central People processes like recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and work environment according to business needs
- Design processes and standards that are efficient, scalable and aligned with our business needs.
- Create prerequisites for excellent leadership by making sure managers have the right tools, frameworks and guidance at each stage of the employee journey.
- Collaborate within the People & Culture team and other stakeholders to continuously improve and simplify ways of working.
- Continuously keep an updated, prioritized backlog of ongoing and planned initiatives by collecting feedback and monitoring performance and usage.
- Support the digitalization of People processes by working together with People System Specialist in finding the best systems and automation tools.
- Use data and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Share your knowledge within the People & Culture team and leaders on updated tools and processes.

You’re someone who loves structure, sees possibilities in translating complexity into smart, digital solutions and always puts the employee experience and business needs first.
Qualifications:
- Strong track record from working with process development and an understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills – you can connect business needs to process improvements.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a clear sense of “good enough” and willingness to complete tasks at hand.
- Proven track record of having simplified processes and ways of working for large groups of end users in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of and curious about how innovation, new people systems and digital tools can support automation and efficiency.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for creating smooth, end-user focused experiences.
- University degree or equivalent work experience
